Our Vacation Care programs are available across multiple convenient locations and are open to all primary school-aged children from Kindergarten to Year 6, regardless of the school they attend:
Our 2025 dates
- 2025 Summer program: Tuesday 7 January to Wednesday 5 February
- 2025 Autumn program: Monday 14 April to Thursday 24 April
- 2025 Winter program: Monday 7 July to Friday 18 July
- 2025 Spring program: Monday 29 September to Friday 10 October
- 2026 Summer program: Monday 22 December to Monday 26 January
Our fees
Our Kids' Early Learning Vacation Care services are eligible for the Child Care Subsidy (CCS). The CCS is a government initiative that helps reduce out-of-pocket expenses for families based on factors such as income, activity levels, and the type of care required. To get a better understanding of what your CCS eligibility is, please visit the Centrelink website or reaching out to our team for assistance.
How do I enrol?
Is your child NEW to Vacation Care?
- Select the Kids' Early Learning Vacation Care service that best suits your family's needs.
- Fill out the enrolment form with your child's details and ensure all requirements are met before the form is submitted.
- Once your enrolment is confirmed, you can proceed with the Book Me process.
Is your child ALREADY ENROLLED at your preferred service listed above?
- Ensure that you have downloaded the HubHello app or log into www.hubhello.com
- Follow the instructions in the tutorial to book your children into the preferred Kids' Early Learning Vacation Care program.

Important information
Child Care Subsidy (CCS)
The Child Care Subsidy (CCS) is a government initiative designed to help families reduce the cost of child care. CCS applies to Before & After School Care, Vacation Care, Long Day Care, and Family Day Care services at Kids' Early Learning.
- The primary parent or guardian must be the applicant for the subsidy.
- Your CCS eligibility is determined by Centrelink based on your family's income, activity level (work, study, or training), and type of child care service used.
- Ensure your Centrelink Reference Number (CRN) is provided when enrolling.

Direct Debit Payments
To make fee payments easier, Kids’ Early Learning offers a direct debit payment option for families. This secure payment method ensures that your child care fees are automatically deducted, making it convenient and hassle-free.
- Payments are automatically processed on the agreed schedule to avoid overdue charges.
- You can set up weekly or fortnightly direct debit payments.
- All direct debit information is securely stored in our Child Care Management Software.

Cancellation Policy
Before & After School Care
- Can book right up to session start time. Provided we are have not reached booking capacity.
- Can cancel with no fee up to 48 hours before session start time.
