Meet the Director

Hi, I'm Gail Gale, the Director of Kids' Early Learning, Quakers Hill North Preschool.

I have been with Blacktown City Council for over 17 years and with 28 years experience in the early childhood industry. I’m passionate about leading my team to provide quality care for children in our local council where children are educated, cared for and families feel supported. My greatest joy is working directly with the children because they really are truly amazing.

We provide a safe, friendly, fun, play-based learning environment where children feel safe, loved and accepted.

I strive to provide every child the opportunity to be inspired to do their very best, to take advantage of all opportunities afforded to them, and to learn and share with others and each other.

As a preschool Director, when I send your child to school I do not want them just to cope, I want them to shine.

I look forward to meeting you, introducing you to our team, and welcoming you into our wonderful community.

Program

Our purpose at Kids' Early Learning is to provide our community’s children with the best learning and social experience for school and life.

Our Ready for School and Ready for Life programs, help prepare children with communication and language, physical development, personal and social and emotional skills they need to be confident, self-assured and independent children. The program’s curriculum provides every child with an individualised program to suit their unique interests, stage of development and social skills.
